Set up rules, precedence, organisation, and by-laws for the purpose of carrying out the above. 8. Hold auction sales from time to time and give members the opportunity to sell and otherwise dispose of or acquire birds for breeding purposes. 9. Acquire unusual or uncommon varieties of birds for the purposes of breeding. 10. Publish a bulletin to keep the members aware of the organisation. |
